  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I got married July 1st, so I booked 3 rooms for some out of town guests for Saturday night. I paid $500 for 3 rooms for 1 night to reserve the rooms about 2 months in advance. My guests later decided they would come up a night early, they called the motel and explained that I had already booked Saturday night but they wanted to add in Friday night, and they would pay for it themselves. He took their Visa and charged them for the friday night. Come Sunday, my guests tell me that they had a notice on their room doors saying that they had not paid for Friday night. The owner told them he was charging their visa for that night and proceeded to do so, WITH OUT their consent. I called the motel and asked why did he charge them when I had already paid, he said he didnt understand that they were the guests that I had reserved the rooms for, and because I didnt personally check in, those 3 rooms counted as a "no show" as he thought I was the one staying in the rooms. I explained that he was very aware that one person would not have booked 3 rooms for themselves, and that my guests specifically told him that the rooms were already booked in advance for them and paid for. I told him I wanted my money back since he charged my guests after I had already paid, and it wasnt my fault he doesnt understand english very well. He hung up the phone while I was talking, my husband called him back that day, he then offered my husband a refund of 50%, which we declined because we want the full amount back. He then hung up the phone again. We have now had to go to Visa and make a report to try and get our money back.

  Dropped off a friend staying there. The hotel room was so dated. Mismatched window coverings, bed weren't comfy. Reminds you of "bates motel"
